AutoGlass RX LLC Service Terms
These are general terms. The current signed quote, work order, service-specific forms, invoice, completion record, and warranty record control the details of an individual job.
Effective August 24, 2026Requests, inspections, and quotes
An online request is not a final diagnosis, price, parts order, or appointment. Published repair prices apply only when the described service is appropriate. Regulator parts and diagnostic pricing depend on the vehicle, actual failure, parts availability, labor, travel, taxes, materials, and discovered conditions. Quotes remain subject to their stated expiration.
Authorization and change orders
AutoGlass RX LLC performs only the work shown on the current approved quote or work order. Material additional work, parts, or price changes require customer approval before they are performed. The signer confirms that they own the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to approve the work.
Vehicle identity, fitment, and safety equipment
A VIN decode identifies the vehicle but does not by itself guarantee one correct glass part. Cameras, sensors, heads-up display, rain sensors, antennas, acoustic layers, heating, tint, moldings, body style, build date, and OEM procedures may affect fitment. AutoGlass RX LLC may pause ordering or service until these items are verified.
Appointments, access, weather, and mobile work
Appointments are held only after confirmation. The customer must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle, keys when required, adequate work space, and accurate vehicle and contact information. Weather, unsafe conditions, part availability, or concealed damage may require rescheduling.
Replacement glass and bonding
For windshield, back-glass, and other bonded-glass work, the customer must follow the documented safe-drive-away time and aftercare. Glass options, body-opening condition, rust, moldings, primers, adhesive batch information, weather, and applicable OEM procedures may affect the service.
Repair and diagnostic limitations
Rock-chip repair may improve strength and appearance but may remain visible, and pre-damaged glass can spread during or after service. Regulator and door-glass diagnosis may uncover worn clips, wiring, switches, motors, seals, tint, glass, or prior repairs. The applicable service-specific acknowledgment explains these risks and does not authorize careless work.
Vehicle condition, photos, and customer files
AutoGlass RX LLC may document the vehicle, glass, trim, interior, work area, product labels, and completed result as authorized for service, insurance, warranty, and dispute handling. Customers should identify known pre-existing damage before work. The secure job file may retain photos, signed forms, messages, quotes, invoices, payments, and service records.
Deposits, special-order parts, and cancellations
Any deposit, non-refundable amount, special-order part, travel charge, missed-appointment charge, or cancellation term must appear on the quote or invoice before it is collected or charged. Approved special-order parts and work already performed may remain payable as stated in the transaction record.
Payments, receipts, refunds, and corrections
Secure card checkout is processed by Stripe, which may offer eligible card and wallet methods. AutoGlass RX LLC does not receive or store a customer’s full card number. Customer-reported Zelle or PayPal payments are not verified until AutoGlass RX LLC confirms receipt. An AutoGlass RX LLC receipt is issued only after the payment provider confirms the transaction or AutoGlass RX LLC verifies an alternate payment.
Reversing an AutoGlass RX LLC ledger entry corrects the business record only; it does not issue a bank, card, Stripe, Zelle, or PayPal refund. Refunds, voids, charge disputes, and processing timeframes must also be handled through the original payment provider. Any job-specific non-refundable deposit, special-order part, travel charge, cancellation charge, or approved completed work remains governed by the signed quote and invoice.
Insurance
Customer authorization allows AutoGlass RX LLC to share reasonably necessary claim records with the listed insurer or claim administrator. Unless a separate attorney-reviewed agreement states otherwise, this is not an assignment of benefits. Coverage, deductibles, rates, reimbursement, and payment decisions belong to the insurer. The customer remains responsible for unpaid charges unless AutoGlass RX LLC agrees otherwise in writing.
Electronic records, signatures, texts, and email
Customers may choose to receive records and sign electronically. A typed name combined with affirmative agreement is intended as an electronic signature. The system stores the exact form terms, version, signer, time, method, and record fingerprint. Paper copies are available on request.
AutoGlass RX LLC service text program
Customers who affirmatively opt in may receive transactional AutoGlass RX LLC texts concerning a requested service, including request receipt, quotes, appointment confirmation and reminders, service updates, invoices, receipts, and customer-care responses. Message frequency varies with the transaction and customer actions, generally up to 10 messages per service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, reply STOP to opt out, or call (601) 494-1369. Consent to automated texts is not a condition of purchase; customers may call AutoGlass RX LLC instead. Optional review or follow-up requests require separate consent. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Notice for how mobile information is protected.
Customer-supplied parts
When a customer supplies a part, the customer is responsible for its fitment, condition, source, quality, and seller or manufacturer warranty. AutoGlass RX LLC may decline an unsafe or incorrect part. Extra labor or return work requires approval. The final warranty record states what AutoGlass RX LLC workmanship covers.
Aftercare and service concerns
The customer should follow the written safe-use and aftercare instructions and report leaks, wind noise, loose trim, warning lights, window problems, or another concern promptly. If visibility, loose glass, a door or window, or a driver-assistance system may be unsafe, stop operating the vehicle and contact AutoGlass RX LLC. A concern submitted through the secure job link remains connected to the original service record.
No waiver of non-waivable rights
Nothing in these general terms is intended to remove a right or responsibility that cannot legally be waived. Risk acknowledgments explain known limitations; they are not permission to perform careless work.
