Can the mirror be installed immediately after the button is glued?
Cure time depends on the adhesive and conditions. AutoGlass RX LLC will tell you when the mirror can safely be placed back on the button.
What if a piece of glass came off with the button?
The windshield must be inspected. Damage or missing glass at the mounting point can make a normal re-glue inappropriate.
Does the $25 include a new mirror?
No. The flat rate covers an eligible re-glue using the existing compatible mirror button. Replacement mirrors or brackets are separate.
